Mark I. Singer, M.D., FACS is board certified in otolaryngology (ENT) at California Pacific Medical Center. He got his M.D. from Columbia Univ. College of Physicians & Surgeons, did his internship at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center, his residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
